At Hammam Al Ándalus, we combine thermal tradition, scientific research, and complementary therapies to promote well-being.
At Hammam Al Ándalus, we view health as a holistic state where body, emotions, and environment find balance. Today, our thermal tradition, inspired by water as a source of life merges, with scientific research and physiotherapy to offer experiences that go beyond immediate well-being: they promote recovery, prevention, and mindful care.
What We Do
Science and physiotherapy applied to thermal wellness for your holistic health.
R&D&I Chair in Human Well-being
This Chair stems from the collaborative efforts between the University of Granada and Hammam Al Ándalus, aiming to facilitate the generation and dissemination of knowledge regarding the physical and psychological effects of traditional water use, massage, and the holistic Arab bath experience.
It is a line of research that pays special attention to mind-body interactions and their potential benefits for human health and well-being. It actively involves the scientific community in a commitment to innovation and the development of services that contribute to health improvement from a collective, emotional, and environmental standpoint. In essence, a journey toward the holistic health of individuals.
