Desde entonces, se han unido m\u00e1s de 100 pa\u00edses para celebrar esta jornada dedicada a cultivar el equilibrio f\u00edsico, mental y emocional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este d\u00eda especial se estructura en torno a siete principios fundamentales que gu\u00edan a las personas hacia una vida m\u00e1s equilibrada:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Caminar una hora<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la caminata no s\u00f3lo revitaliza el cuerpo, sino que tambi\u00e9n despeja la mente y alimenta el esp\u00edritu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Beber m\u00e1s agua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya que la hidrataci\u00f3n es esencial para el funcionamiento \u00f3ptimo del cuerpo y la mente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>No utilizar pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, optar por alternativas sostenibles protege nuestro planeta y nuestra salud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Comer alimentos saludables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, puesto que una dieta equilibrada es la base de una vida sana.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Hacer una buena acci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la bondad no solo beneficia a los dem<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e1s, sino que tambi\u00e9n enriquece nuestra propia alma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Tener una cena en familia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, las comidas compartidas fortalecen los lazos familiares y mejoran el bienestar emocional.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Dormir las horas necesarias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pues un descanso adecuado es crucial para la regeneraci\u00f3n del cuerpo y la mente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hammam Al \u00c1ndalus y el D\u00eda Mundial del Bienestar compa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rten una filosof\u00eda com\u00fan: el bienestar es una experiencia hol\u00edstica que abarca <\/span><b>cuerpo, mente y esp\u00edritu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Los rituales de agua, los masajes, el arte que emana de sus paredes, y el aroma de los aceites esenciales nos transportan, a trav\u00e9s de los sentidos, a un estado de paz interior y bienestar integral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la b\u00fasqueda de ese estado nace la <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/catedra.hammamalandalus.com\/\">C\u00e1tedra Hammam Al \u00c1ndalus I+D+i en Bienestar Humano<\/a> de la Universidad de Granada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con el objetivo de facilitar la generaci\u00f3n y transmisi\u00f3n del conocimiento sobre los efectos a nivel f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico de los modelos cl\u00e1sicos del uso del agua, el masaje y la experiencia hol\u00edstica del ba\u00f1o \u00e1rabe\u201d, prestando especial inter\u00e9s en las interacciones entre la mente y el cuerpo y los beneficios que puede aportar sobre la salud y el bienestar de las personas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cEl arte es una expresi\u00f3n de cambio, y ese cambio puede llegar a producir efectos muy positivos en la salud que a veces son dif\u00edciles de observar por parte de un profesional sanitario\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tal y como comenta Miguel Arroyo, director de esta c\u00e1tedra.
